Smriti स्मृती, the memory engine
It remembers what the story has promised.
After every chapter, Smriti updates a living record of the book: who knows what, where the letter is, what is still owed. Every chapter is written from that record, so chapter 37 still knows chapter 3.

Errors get found. Then they get removed.
Most AI text reaches you with its mistakes still in it. The Review Engine goes through every chapter first, fixes what it finds with small edits and leaves the rest of the prose alone. Each error it catches becomes a rule the writer keeps from then on.
